[Obs AI Assistant] Updates to AI connector in settings and manage connectors in contextual insights

Summary

1. Update AI connector title, description and buttons in Settings

TODO: additional costs incur link is not available yet, this needs to be updated once it's available.

2. Added Manage Connectors link to contextual insights
