This is a backport EUI release fixing EuiDataGrid auto row height issue and is based on 98.2.1-borealis.1. No additional features, bug fixes or breaking changes are included.

The same bug fix is included in latest EUI 99.2.0-borealis.0 upgrade PR and will be merged to main and 9.0.

@tkajtoch Thanks for backporting this. I desk tested the fix in latest Firefox, Chrome and Safari and was not able to break the table. I made sure to check out the regular 8.18 branch there I was able to break the table.
