Summary
This is a PR testing the ways to achieve multi-theme support in Kibana. It adds a new
theme:namesetting and includes two custom EUI themes for experimentation purposes.This is not a shippable piece of code. It will stay in the draft state until closed, don't bother reviewing it :D
