It appears this page contains duplicate but outdated variations of SIEM docs [KB page](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/xpack-siem.html#_compatibility_with_cold_tier_nodes) remove - [cold tier](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/xpack-siem.html#_compatibility_with_cold_tier_nodes) because under [Deletection Engine Overview](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/master/detection-engine-overview.html#cold-tier-detections) - [endpoint protection](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/xpack-siem.html#self-protection) because under [own page](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/xpack-siem.html#self-protection)

Removes duplicated content in Kibana's [Elastic Security overview](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/current/es-overview.html) page, refreshes the Security app description, and adds a reference to the Security docset so we don't need to maintain the Kibana page.
