This reverts commit e160524 which was fixing timepicker for logs stream - #145183
Because 8.5.2 has a bug which is missing last 1 year from super date picker on logs page - this upgrade test will keep failing on this branch.
This is how this looks on 8.5.2 - notice the missing last 1 year
This is how it looks in 8.6.0/main (last 1 year is back)
