Timestamp on Kibana not working

I have a field for timestamp which uses unix epoch value. Kibana does not understand this and throws error while filtering based on that.

Kibana does not handle date parsing in any way, that is up to Elasticsearch. If you must use a long for your timestamp you should map it to a date type in Elasticsearch: http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/mapping-date-format.html
