Describe the bug:

Frozen indices not included in TSVB

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Kibana > Advanced Settings > Search in frozen indices
2. Confirm frozen indices are not included in TSVB
3. Confirm frozen indices are visible in Discover

Expected behavior:

Frozen indices are included in TSVB

In these PRs #79874, #80709, we reorganized TSVB to use the new search API, which already fixes the described problem.
Changes will be available to users in version 7.11.
