Saved queries listing panel needs to display trash icon without user having to double click or over on query name

Browser version: chrome latest

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: The trash icon next to saved query in query listing panel doesn't display till either clicks on the saved query name again or hovers over it. This needs to be changed so it gets displayed without user actions

Please address the skipped test in this issue after this gets fixed -
