Permanent link to dashboard

Hi there,

currently the state of the dashboard is part of the URI. If you use a information radiator, you don't want to re-configure/reload it each time the dashboard is changed.

So it would be great, if you have a permanent link and just reload the URI.

Instead of:

• log in to the information radiator
• open kibana
• load dashboard

just:

• restart information radiator (which automatically reloads e.g. ../#/dashboard/monitor-product-x)
