TSVB error message needs to be formatted

Server OS version: darwin_x86_64

Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: When you are trying to change the index pattern and timefield in TSVB - Kibana displays two error messages and they are both not formatted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click create on TSVB
2. Try to change the index pattern and timefield
3. Kibana logs the error which is not formatted

Expected behavior:

@bhavyarm What formatting do you expect to see? Does it mean that we need to center lines align?

This issue already fixed for versions >6.6.
