[ML] Unnecessary sentence in tooltip for ML datafeeds #18475

Seen in version 6.1.3.
The tooltip for the "Datafeed job" checkbox has a second sentence that says "Requires data format to be set to Elasticsearch/". This second sentence dates back to the old Prelert product and doesn't make sense now. It should be deleted.
