Kibana 3.0 GA basemap panel click uses term filter instead of querystring filter

When clicking on a country map in Kibana 3.0 GA, a term filter is used whereas in older versions like milestone5 a query filter is used. In my setup, the term filters come up empty. I may have something wrong with my setup? Looks like commit 9173d1a changed this behaviour.

@LordFPL what version of logstash are you running? I'm still on 1.2.2 but I have upgraded to ES 1.1 and using the logstash 1.4 template. This is still broken for me but when I was testing Logstash 1.4 it seems to work.

Using country.raw seems to work now that I'm using the logstash 1.4 template. Is there a reason why country itself doesn't work?

I use a field in my json data that holds 2 digit country values "us", "jp", etc. The map displays correctly. However, clicking on a specific country returns to zero records.

Looks like this was fixed back in April, closing for now.
