Summary

Updated VRT image references.

Why are we making this change?

Updating the VRT image references on main allows us to validate changes on our PR branches in an easier way.

E.g. when working on #9379 I ran VRT but it was reporting many more failures than expected from the changes.

  • If applicable, file an issue to update EUI's Figma library with any corresponding UI changes. (This is an internal repo, if you are external to Elastic, ask a maintainer to submit this request)
