Summary
This PR updates the
@elastic/eui/require-aria-label-for-modalsESLint rule to include support for theEuiFlyoutResizablecomponent. The rule now ensures thatEuiFlyoutResizablecomponents also provide an accessible label via aria-label or aria-labelledby.Motivation
EuiFlyoutResizableserves a similar role to other modal components and should follow the same accessibility requirements. Including it in the rule helps maintain consistent accessibility standards across EUI components.
