- remove unnecessary `.euiForm__error` styles - callouts already include EuiText wrappers which auto-style the errors as-is - replace margin-bottom with an EuiSpacer instead - functionally equivalent

Also a pretty straightforward conversion. EuiForm's styles were able to be removed completely without regressions
