Checked the code and tested in browser. Was impressed the loader still worked pretty well. (Looks better live)

This PR updates the
elasticLogoto meet brand guidelines.As mentioned in #3587 the cluster logo should always show the white outline. I confirmed by checking the Visual Brand Guidelines that was updated on 01 March 2019.
