EUI Selectable: multiple items can have a focus state instead of single item

Hi, while testing the new filters for APM I came across this funny behaviour. When toggling a popover and selecting/deselecting items within, multiple items can be focused at the same time. It is very hard to reproduce but i have it on video:

We'll see if we can find time to track this one down next week. Assume you weren't able to replicate this on our docs?

Also assume you weren't able to do this with mouse clicks? This component still has some accessibility issues we'd like to address. #1789

That would be great.
I was able to reproduce it in the docs.
But not with mouse clicks.

I'm largely rewriting selectable right now and am able to reproduce. Will make sure it's resolved.
