Gradle build task failure for :x-pack:qa:saml-idp-tests:setupPorts

And one not corretto:

Those are platforms that don't have docker installed.
@jkakavas there's probably some task that needs to be disabled when the postProvess task is disabled. You can likeley reproduce this with -Dtests.fixture.enabled=false locally
