"offset" for histogram facet #2905
Description
The histogram facet supports an "interval", but being able to specify an "offset" as well would support the case where a field stores data in a unit that doesn't just differ from the desired unit in scale, but has an offset as well (e.g. Kelvin vs Celsius).
