When a port number is provided with cloud_id string together with url, it results with the port number is given twice then.

URI::InvalidURIError: bad URI(is not URI?): "https://...westeurope.azure.elastic-cloud.com:9243:9243

@rawongithub and @antarr who reported this issue too, I got a fix for this and I'll try to add this to 7.10 once I fix some other build-related issues. So ideally this will be fixed on elasticsearch-ruby 7.10.0 and onwards. Thanks!

@rawongithub and @antarr version 7.10.0 of the client has just been released with a fix. Please update and let me know if you have any issues and report back. Thank you very much!
