Ability to pass a TextWriter to EnableTrace

I'd like some kind of ability to output the tracing info to a text writer/stream. I have some xunit tests where I want to output the queries and I can't do it currently.

@niemyjski, with NEST 1.x, you can set ExposeRawResponses(true) and use .SetConnectionStatusHandler(Action<string>) on ConnectionSettings to write out all requests and responses. As an example

    .ExposeRawResponse(true)
    .SetConnectionStatusHandler(response =>

        {
