Summary
This change is meant to aid diff checking in #2175 by replacing all
eui-lightandeui-darkthemes with justlightanddarkthemes. Also removes any unnecessary forcedbackgroundstory color.Details
This PR has no functional changes to source but meant as a realignment for testing purposes.
