What does this PR do?
This PR updates the trigger for the extended tests to include changes to the FIPS integration testing pipeline.
Why is it important?
So any changes to the FIPS integration testing pipeline runs that pipeline as part of the extended tests pipeline.
This is an automatic backport of pull request #10008 done by [Mergify](https://mergify.com).
