Add section on manage detection rules for deprecated prebuilt rules: UI callouts, delete vs duplicate-and-delete, and link to rule updates. Cross-link from prebuilt rules hub and monitor rule executions (table + note). Related: elastic/docs-content-internal#941 Made-with: Cursor
