Summary
This PR closes https://github.com/elastic/docs-content-internal/issues/938 and adds docs on CPS in Observability apps. I've linked between the main CPS docs to the Obs docs in case users looking for Obs data end up there.
I was told we are trying to avoid mentioning CCS in the CPS docs, so I removed the mentions of CCS, but I leave the final call up to you, @chrisdistasio.
