Summary - What I changed
I added support for DR_KIBANA_USER and DR_KIBANA_PASSWORD which was supposed to work according to CLI.md but wasn't implemented yet.
I bumped the kibana lib version accordingly.
Please bump the global version as need be when merging, thanks :)
