The `packages` metricset is not yet ready. This disables the metricset's code, tests, fields, and docs until we have time to finish the work.

The
packagesmetricset is not yet ready. Outstanding work includes adding RPM support, renaming topackage, using ECS fields, and more.This removes the metricset's code, tests, fields, docs, etc. from being included in the build, until we have time to finish the work.
