[8.x](backport #41664) Enable Salesforce Filebeat Input for Windows and AIX

Make Salesforce Filebeat Input available for Windows and AIX platform to avoid errors like:

No such input type exist: 'salesforce'

on the aforementioned platforms. With this change the input should be available to users for use running on those platforms.
