* Collecting new indices_stats bulk metrics

* Collecting new node_stats bulk metrics

* Adding CHANGELOG entry

* Request bulk stats

* Request bulk metrics only if supported

* Fixing code and tests

* Fixing code so only service URI path is replaced

* Updating unit tests
