Fetch logs from the Elastic Stack with Filebeat

Make it possible to fetch logs from the Elastic Stack with Filebeat.

This is a meta issue to track the ongoing work.

• Elasticsearch Filebeat module for Elasticsearch  #5301
• Kibana: Filebeat Kibana module log fileset #7052
• Logstash Logstash Filebeat module #5481
• APM-Server
• Check that all filesets report service.name
