We are currently bundling Npcap with Packetbeat, and the Network Packet Capture integration. However, we're shipping npcap v1.71, a few versions behind their current version, v1.76

Can we update the version we're shipping with Packetbeat & NPC, to ensure we're keeping up to date with Npcap releases.
