Update beats framework to 33e323cd6200

Motivation/summary

Update to latest beats changes 33e323cd6200. This deprecates agent.hostname and changes its type from keyword to an alias to agent.name. It also changes the alias from beat.hostname to point to agent.name.
APM Server doesn't use agent.hostname nor beat.hostname so the changes should not affect anything.
Changes will stay in master and not be backported to 7.x, see elastic/beats#18328.
