GitHub PR comment with the name of the stage where the step failed

For instance, when running the same step in several parallel stages then the information might not be relevant but duplicated, even though they are totally different steps but from the user experience it might seem a bit of weird

I'd like to add some improvements to provide the stage where the step failed

What do you think?

We won't invest anymore in the existing Jenkins implementation unless a security or a major bug, hence I'll close this issue now
