Hello,

This playbook is currently designed to upload the certs from our deployment server to the elasticsearch servers.
I added this option in case your certificates are already on the elasticsearch servers (they were pushed by another way).

Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually?
