Add data.recipeId to EiffelTestCaseStartedEvent #122
Description
The intent of recipe.id in TERCC is to enable tracing test case executions to recipes. We omitted adding this information to the actual TCS, however. We should add an optional data.recipeId, so if you're executing from a recipe you can identify it.
