Currently the project license is not specified in the gemspec or in a LICENSE file. The README states that the project is BSD licensed, without specifics. Adding this specification allows tools such as LicenseFinder to identify the license automatically.

I had to guess on the specific BSD license desired, I went with the Simplified BSD as a start.

This is as per the reference in the README to contracts being "BSD licensed".
