This is a project that is being made in order to streamline the reimage process within an IT Office that utilizes the Freshservice Ticketing infrastructure. With connections to the Freshservice API, this reimage board plans to make adding, completing, and updating reimage tickets a breeze!
- Only accessible with an API key
- Configuration File to change colors and ticket refresh timing
- Ability to update current step of reimage
- Ability to close tickets when finished
- Ability to update several tickets at once
