Description
The discussion and question counts displayed for non-courseware topics do not match the actual number of visible posts.
Expected Result
The sum of:
should exactly match the total number of posts visible within the selected topic.
Actual Result
The total number of visible posts does not match the combined discussion and question counts displayed in the Topics tab.
Impact
This causes inconsistent discussion statistics and confusion for moderators reviewing non-courseware topics.
