- replace `MVIEW` with `VIEW` on presets, as the materialized views in the database aren't working currently
- fix last modified printing
- fix to get data in addition to last modified information

This PR makes emergency fixes to breaking issues: no data from materialized views (switches to plain-old views), printing last-modified dates |
