agg_colandagg_typekeys to the SDWA Serious Violators and SDWA Site Visits datasets in support of the CEJST analysisI think this is a pretty straightforward change. Shouldn't break anything. Just allows aggregating some SDWA datasets. I was surprised we didn't have this already.
