FYI, this currently supports the watershed notebook at EEW_Watershed. It should probably either be a hard fork, or we should prioritize #33 and then reorganize the EEW_Watershed notebook to work with that. |
- deal with wkb geometry - deal with integers
- change states shapefile name - acknowledge huc12s mostly work
-handle error in `show_program_map()` with quartiles on small datasets
- remove `NPDES_FLAG` filter - add `get_program_ids()` to deal with a regulated facility having multiple permits
- change `MVIEW` to `VIEW` because materialized views in the database are currently broken
- MVIEWs available again
avoiding json in getting spatial data
