fix: subscribe but not updating if user goes back to listing and subscribe to another app

Description

With reference to this PR, while testing I found a issue that the state we are using to maintain label for subscribe button is not changing.

Why

• After the user subscribed to the app, goes back to listing without refreshing and tries to subscribe another app, button label won't change.

• After requesting an app subscription, users need to perform a hard refresh of the page to view the updated status #984
