Bug Description:

Some time after updating to 1.44.0 via the updater, I noticed that I can no longer debug Theia itself. I compared the installed plugins for my local Theia build and Blueprint, and I noticed that ms-vscode.js-debug and ms-vscode.js-debug-companion were missing from the blueprint extensions folder

Uninstalling/installing Blueprint 1.44.0 does not fix the problem.
