Required information

Operating system:
Windows

Compiler version:
latest MSVC

Eclipse iceoryx version:
main branch

Observed result or behaviour:
When building with bazel, the iceoryx_platform includes are not found

Expected result or behaviour:
The iceoryx_platform includes are found

Conditions where it occurred / Performed steps:
Running bazel build //... on Windoww

Additional helpful information

It seems the BUILD.bazel file has some additional ** for the includes on Windows.
