requires:

• resolve templates in CmdCp easyblock easybuild-easyblocks#3918
• use of %(installdir)s template results in "Failed to resolve all templates" easybuild-framework#4990

Need to fix these now that easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks#3918 does two passes of template resolution.

This was actually the case before already just didn't seem to be built after we added the error for failed template resolving.
