{phys}[foss/2023a] octopus v16.0 WIP

I am a bit stuck here. On my laptop I only got 2 tests which fail:

        175 - multisystem/10-dftbplus_verlet (Failed)
        176 - multisystem/11-dftbplus_ehrenfest (Failed)

On our build-cluster I get these failures:

         42 - components/35-helmholtz_decom (Failed)
        156 - maxwell/08-restart-maxwell (Failed)
        175 - multisystem/10-dftbplus_verlet (Failed)
        176 - multisystem/11-dftbplus_ehrenfest (Failed)
        258 - pseudopotentials/12-mix_and_match (Failed)
        265 - real_time/01-propagators (Failed)
        268 - real_time/05-time_propagation (Failed)
        276 - real_time/14-absorption-spinors (Failed)
        295 - symmetries/07-symmetrization_lda (Failed)

It could well be they fail for a different reason.
I would appreciate if somebody who is a bit in the area could do a test-build for me to rule out any problems here.
I am thinking of @akesandgren, @jfgrimm, or @lexming if you are willing ?
I cannot work out where/how the two jobs are failing as I cannot find something useful in the log files. Thanks!
