Earthreader should support touch device like android, iOS.

  • swipe to open/close menu
  • bigger button
  • bigger effect when touch button

event.preventDefault() needed for webkit but event.preventDefault() ran, scroll doesn't work.

scrolls fine with firefox mobile, but it goes wrong with menu opened.
