Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

ott-common is not necessarily auto transformed when using ott-server.

Describe the solution you'd like

ott-common needs to get packaged/bundled/transformed/whatever so that regular ol node js can use it without import problems. ideally we could make this happen on yarn install
