This PR will introduce the ability to add or subtract contact frequencies. This is designed to efficiently add/remove remove frames from a contact frequency over time by only calculating the contact map for the added/removed frames, and keeping the rest of the of the counter (represented the unchanged frames) the same.
Note that the subtraction here is fundamentally different from the one done by
ContactDifference. In that case, the frequencies are subtracted, not the raw counts as done here.
