actions/runner-images#13045 macos-13 is deprecated and will be removed in the near future we can use ubuntu-24 on x86_64 and aarch64, the php-zts formula is compatible with arm.

I'm not entirely sure if there's a specific reason the runner was still on 22.04 (I would assume that it doesn't matter as brew should always target glibc 2.35, but I'm unfamiliar with the exact way homebrew testbot works) |

I just used the template generated by Brew. I'm not sur either. |
